To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To process your return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Start your return or exchange via this link by using your order number and zip code. you can find the order number by checking the original order information.
2. Follow the prompts online to select a refund, gift card or switch to a new item.
3. You will be able to download and print a return shipping label. to ensure seamless processing, please securely pack your order using the return shipping label provided.
4. Be sure to double check the shipment and to include all corresponding packing slips and order information.
5. You will receive an email update once your return or exchange has been processed.

 

Return / Exchange Fees

Return labels are only available for orders shipped within the Continental U.S. and a $5 handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This $5 charge covers shipping labels and additional shipping charges.
